Plenty of customers only need one space dealt with — a garage that's become unusable for the car it was meant for, a loft that hasn't been touched in years, or a shed at the end of its life. Others are having a full house clearance and want the outbuildings included at the same time. Either way works, and it's priced accordingly.
Access considerations
Lofts in particular need a bit of care — proper access, safe footing across joists, and enough light to see what's actually there. Garages and sheds are usually simpler, but can be packed tightly enough that it's hard to tell what's inside until we start. We'll always ask about access when quoting so there are no surprises on the day.

Can you clear just the loft, not the rest of the house?
Yes, that's a common request on its own.
Do you take away sheds and garages themselves, or just the contents?
This service covers clearing the contents. If you also want the structure itself removed, let us know and we'll talk through whether that's something we can arrange.

It depends on how much is in there and how easy it is to access. We give a straightforward price before booking anything in — often without needing to visit first.
What if I don't know what's up there?
That's fine — most people don't. We'll go through it with you or on your instruction, and set aside anything you want kept before clearing the rest.
