Full or partial clearance
Not every clearance means emptying an entire house. Some customers want everything gone — furniture, appliances, the contents of every room. Others just need a garage cleared, a loft emptied, or a single room dealt with before decorators or new tenants arrive. We're happy to quote for either.
A typical full clearance covers furniture, household items, appliances, and general belongings. Building work, structural alterations and specialist waste such as asbestos aren't part of a standard house clearance — if a property needs that kind of work as well, let us know and we can talk through what's realistic.

Do you clear individual rooms, or only whole houses?
Either. Some customers only need a garage, a loft, or a single room cleared — that's fine, just let us know the scope when you enquire.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how much there is, how accessible the property is — stairs, parking, that sort of thing — and how quickly you need it done. We give a clear quotation before booking anything in.
Do usable items get donated rather than thrown away?
Where furniture and household items are in good enough condition, we set them aside for reuse or donation rather than clearing everything as waste.
How quickly can it be done?
That depends on our schedule and the size of the job, but we'll always give you a realistic timescale when we quote.
